Bun Guan

A white roll called "Bun Guan" in Vietnamese language or "Phan Kaow" in Lao language is a delicious Vietnamese dish that is also popular in Laos. It is made out of corn flour, rice flour, water, mince meat mixed with spring onion and other herbs, and served with a sweet sauce.

We took these pictures in Vientiane near our place, these guys makes the best Bun Guan. Bun Guan is usually only sold in the morning because it is like a breakfast dish for Lao people, and it can be eaten when it's hot or cold. It tastes really nice and most Lao people love it!
